Mopar High Pressure Fuel Pump: Fuel System, Gasoline recall

NHTSA campaign 25E069000 · 1,057 units potentially affected · filed Oct 14, 2025

What's wrong

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain Mopar Fuel Delivery Modules with part numbers 68348890AA, 68356890AA, 68408467AA, 68408468AA, 68411153AA, and 68411154AA. The fuel pump may fail, which can result in a loss of fuel flow and loss of drive power.

Why it matters

A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.

The fix

Dealers will replace the fuel delivery module and pump electronic module, free of charge. If the fuel delivery module is not installed in a vehicle, dealers will repurchase it. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed November 4, 2025. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated August 2026.
